Quality Conformation
Being an ISO
9001:2008 certified organization by SWISO, Switzerland, we have directed
all our endeavors in delivering the best to the market. We leave no
stone unturned in maintaining the quality of our dyes and dyes
intermediate. Thus, we process our range using sophisticated technology
and quality ingredients to assure their conformation with international
quality standards. Also, we have hired a qualified team of quality
controllers, who stringently monitor entire stages of production to
dispatching activities.
Our entire range of chemicals is quality check on the basis of following parameters:
- Composition
- pH value
- Shelf life
- Efficacy.
Our Infrastructure
We have wide
spread infrastructure, which is situated at the premier industrial
estate of Mahad that is about 175 km away from Mumbai. It helps us in
connecting ourselves to main market of Mumbai, as well as to ports. Each of our department is equipped with
ultra modern facilities, which assists us in completing all our orders
on time.
Further, we have furnished our unit with advanced computerized instruments and testing equipment like:

- High Performance Liquid Chromatograph (HPLC) from waters, USA
- Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometer from Shimadzu, Japan
- Auto Titrator from Metrohm, Switzerland
- Muffle Furnace
- Bomb Calorimeter
- Auto Titrator from Metrohm, Switzerland
- COD - Analiser
System We Follow
We deliver the best to the market and attain positive result in return, by following well defined systems in our working, which are briefed below:
Environmental Management Systems
Under this system, we integrate cleaner technologies/practices with plant operations by utilizing adiabatic crystallization for desalting and concentration mother liquor and thermal decomposition of organic matters to eliminate generation of waste water. Also, it helps in recovery of waste compounds as by-products, their inter-plant exchange and then it can be used as raw materials. Further, we include spent sulfuric acid, glauber salt, sodium bisulfite, gypsum and iron-oxide.
Waste Treatment Systems
The water system is divided into Waste Water Treatment and Disposal, Treatment of Gaseous Effluent, Waste Solids, Monitoring process. All of these processes are elaborated below:
- Waste Water Treatment and Disposal
- Segregate biodegradable, weakly biodegradable and non-biodegradable streams
- Each stream is treated separately prior to combined treatment/disposal
To remove suspended solids and organics, biodegradable stream passes through primary treatment involving equalization, neutralization, coagulation, flocculation and clarification process
Then sludge type secondary treatment is conducted to remove dissolved organics and other pollutants Tertiary treatment is imparted in the sand filter and granular activated carbon (GAC) filters
All treated effluent conforms to the norms specified by regulatory agencies
Cleaning of weakly biodegradable stream:
Subjected to rigorous physico-chemical treatment for substantial removal of suspended, colloidal and dissolved substances
Treatment transforms some of the substances into biodegradable organics
Pre-treated stream is combined with the bio-degradable stream for further treatment and disposal
Cleaning of non-biodegradable stream:
- Treated in the zero effluent discharge plant consisting of various operations like neutralization, filtration and separation of gypsum, concentration, cooling, crystallization
- Recovery of glauber salt, purification of salt, concentration in multiple effect evaporators, centrifuging and drying in rotary dryer
- Effluent is evaporated and thermal decomposition in rotary kiln type furnace
- Gaseous streams containing high concentration of SO2 is liquefied
- NO2 is recovered in the form of dil
- HNO3 acid by absorption in chilled water
- The tail gases are scrubbed with caustic solution before emission
- Dilute streams are scrubbed with water and/or caustic solution
- Recover products entrapped in gaseous stream in the form of particulate matter in a bag filters and clean air is let out
- Flue gases and other gaseous streams are let out through stacks of right height to ensure efficient dispersion to protect ambient air quality
- Dewater iron oxide, generated in neutralization of acidic streams
- Sludge resulting from primary and secondary treatment of waste water is dewatered
- Solids are disposed of into secured landfill sites
- Filter cakes from clarification of liquid products are disposed into secured landfill sites
- Monitor quality of all effluent streams to ensure compliance with applicable norms specified by the authorities
- Carry out development of Green Cover Extensive plantation
- Maintained the same for enhancement in environmental quality and aesthetics.
